We are looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to join our diverse global team! This is a permanent full-time position and should be located in Chemnitz (HQ), Dresden, Cologne, Berlin or Amsterdam. In this role, you will report into a Sales and Customer Success Operations leader and work alongside colleagues from Business Tools and Systems and Sales Operations.
Your tasks include:
- Process innovation and implementation (including process training) and administration of Salesforce as our Customer Success platform
- Manage CSM compensation process
- Support with department's OKR process and structure
- Support planning and goal setting for our capacity planning
- Support SVP with strategic Customer Success initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and represent Customer Success in the Revenue Operations Team
- Run Customer Success analytics and support with executive reporting
- You are a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
- You have several years of working experience (2+) in a client-engaging environment such as Customer Success, Project Management, or B2B Consulting
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Experience the areas of Sales, Customer or Marketing Operations beneficial
- Experience in software sales, mobile, or SaaS and Salesforce administration skills are a plus!
