We are growing our Customer Success department, which includes Customer Care Agents, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Engineers and Frontend Engineers. While our product features a standard design, we do have different possibilities of adjusting this with custom CSS, HTML and Javascript, but also the order and variety of used features within the applications. 

We are looking for a Frontend Support Engineer who will play the key role in engaging and helping the customers with all upcoming tasks regarding design, styling, UI/UX consulting and frontend implementations. 

Your tasks include:

  • Work closely with customers to find out there needs in regards of UI/UX design and frontend implementations by taking our product features into consideration
  • Work closely with our customers after-sales department to update and refresh the design of the customer applications in order to have them on the latest standard
  • Assist customers to deliver beautiful apps, both visually and UX-compatible
  • Play a key role helping our customers with mockups and consulting regarding design and customization possibilities
  • Provide reactive support for smaller customizations, always with the big picture in mind
  • Develop partnership and be the main point of contact for customers in case of UI/UX and frontend related questions, including project driven work during the onboarding but also with existing customers
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with our Product Designer / UX researcher and  Frontend Developer and expressing customers' expectation

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience designing digital products as a Webdesigner or UI/UX Designer, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment or digital agency
  • Strong expertise in web design with front-end technologies such as  HTML / CSS / Javascript
  • Strong execution skills and are proficient in modern tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and identify the individual (visual) challenges of web and mobile apps
  • Enjoyment in talking and consulting customers
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, corporate design guidelines  and effectively communicate them to non-technical people
  • Present and validate your solutions with internal and external stakeholders, always advocating for the needs of your users
  • You care (a lot) about Accessibility and Usability
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German 
  • Collaborate with your team, Product, Development and customers to find elegant but practical solutions for your design challenges
